This has been asked many times to be uploaded here and I'm glad to announce that it is already available for d0wnload. It only works on GEN-D3 though for those who are on M33 we will need to wait until someone with a good heart provide a patch or a ripkit I haven't tried this yet so I cannot guarantee that it is working but some already confirm that it is indeed working on D3 they even provided screenshots already.
I think this is EU version but I do not know what's the difference between them if it is USA I hope I am the first to have publish this and get traffic lol. I am planning on converting this into cso once a patch for M33 comes out to save some space on the memory stick because it appears to be a huge file.
